Founder & CEO
Dylan founded In-House Group to revolutionize how professionals connect and build meaningful relationships. With extensive experience in tech entrepreneurship and finance, he recognized the need for a network focused on quality rather than quantity.
Prior to IHG, Dylan worked at several high-growth startups and financial institutions, where he built a reputation for innovation and strategic leadership. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

With experience across multiple technology stacks and a passion for clean, maintainable code, Gabriel has built the IHG platform with scalability and performance in mind. He specializes in modern web technologies including React, Next.js, and serverless architectures.
